Your Stay

• Check-in time: after 4:00 PM / Check-out time: before 11:00 AM
• End-of-stay cleaning: your responsibility or optional service
  What it includes: leave the accommodation clean, gather sheets and linens, empty and clean the refrigerator, empty the trash, wash and store the dishes – Report any broken or missing dishes upon arrival.

• Rentals are non-smoking

A small, family-friendly holiday village, Christine and Mathieu, Rémi and Mathilde are available throughout the year to answer your questions and offer guidance based on your needs.

Your Booking

• Flexible arrival and departure days during low season.
• In July and August, rentals are weekly only.
  Arrival days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (depending on availability).

Security Deposit & Inventory Check

• Security deposit :
  By check upon arrival (€200)
• Inventory check :
  We will perform an inspection on your departure day.
  The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after departure.

Optional Extras

• Bed linen kits available when booking.
• Cleaning package can be booked in advance.
• “Fridge filled” option – have your groceries done before arrival.
• Towel rental: €7 per person.
• Local specialties : « Découverte du terroir » aperitif basket available to order.

Weekly rates: €350 to €800

Mid-week stays (Sunday evening to Friday morning, 5 nights): €320 to €450

** Easter weekend, May 1st, May 8th, Ascension and Pentecost weekends: 3-night minimum stay
